The start and finish (both southbound) will be in front of the Pilgrim Chapel at 38th Street and Gillham Road.
• The course will take the runners and walkers through Hyde Park, Gillham Park and the Hyde Park neighborhood.
• Chip Timed.
• Course certified accurate by the KC Running Company.
Course map
All 5K runners and walkers will get a long sleeve color T-shirt.
There will be awards for the overall female and male winners, medals for the top 3 in each male/female age group.
Age Groups: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+.
The Children's Pilgrim Dash for kids 10 and Under will be held at the conclusion of the 5K run and walk. It will be a wave start for the following divisions: 4 and Under, 5-6, 7-8, 9-10. Ribbons will be awarded to all participants. No T-shirts will be given.
There will be food and music at the finish line in Hyde Park.
Pick up your packet or register in person at the Pilgrim Chapel.
Wednesday, November 23 – 3:00 to 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 24 – 7:30 to 8:45 a.m.
Parking is available in the multiple level parking garage located in the 3500 block of Gillham Rd just south of Armour Blvd. Please do not park on the streets that are on the race course.
Results will be posted at www.kcrunningcompany.com and through www.active.com
If race cannot be run due to inclement weather no refunds will be given.
